Careful With The Toe, Mr Moore

Gold is a film that was released in 1974. It is a romp in South Africa where Roger Moore is the goody and Susannah York (who was actually aged 35 here). The clip shows Roger Moore and Susannah York in the bath with him getting his toe stuck. My wife said, “Look at the skins on the wall – most unhygienic”.

It is hard to comprehend that Susannah York and Roger Moore are no longer with us.

When I first saw the film Gold I was appalled that they really would destroy a Rolls Royce. (Lots of people died in the film but that wasn’t the point – they actually totalled a roller. Argh!)
